My sourdough journey began a year ago when my brother convinced me to give it a try, and I instantly fell in love with the process. As I learned about the health benefits of naturally leavened bread, I started baking for my family and saw how much better we felt compared to eating commercial breads. Sharing it with friends and family only confirmed what I knew—I had to bring this wholesome bread to our community!
